Normally I wouldn’t post something like this but this is something big for music fans like me. And even though the game itself isn’t coming out on a Nintendo console anytime soon, the fact that they got the ‘go-ahead’ from Capcom themselves deserves a post anywhere at any time.
The soundtrack is free to download over on their site, which is of course OverClocked Remix. It’s great and deserves all the attention and downloads and donations and everything from you guys.

This week, it’s all about you. By adding three new single-player games to the Wii™ Shop Channel, we’re helping gamers turn their Wii time into “me time.” That said, don’t be surprised if you attract a crowd of onlookers with this remarkable lineup. From elastic critters and elaborate puzzles to a hero with highly questionable manners, these solo titles are suitable for sharing, but give your friends and family fair warning: They may have to wait a while for their turn once you’ve gotten a taste of the single-player fun.
Nintendo adds new and classic games to the Wii Shop Channel at 9 a.m. Pacific time every Monday. Wii owners with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points™ to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel or at retail outlets. This week’s new games are:

One year ago, on November 12, 2007, Super Mario Galaxy (aka Game of the Evar) was released on the Wii. It was the mustached plumbers next big adventure, and he was heading into the final frontier: space. With gravity on your side, Mario soared higher than ever. Super Mario Galaxy didn’t just revitalize Mario’s adventures, but the platformer as well. So I was busy one morning, and my friends and I decided to paint one of my campus’ walkways. While they did the usual initials, I went ahead and painted the coolest red Echidna the world has ever seen. I’m pretty happy with the end results, seeing as I’ve never used spray paint as a medium before. His shoes could use some work, but hey… they’re just shoes right?
